IJAIS now SCOPUS listed!
Over the twenty-five years since the International Journal of Anglo-Indian Studies was founded, the academic world has changed. In 1996 IJAIS was avante garde for being a web-based, open source journal -- attributes which are now essential. The demands on scholars to ensure the quality of the journals in which they publish have only grown due to this online publishing format. The SCOPUS listing is the gold standard of quality assurance and academic integrity for peer-reviewed journals; thus IJAIS sought to be recognized and included by SCOPUS. This was attained in March 2021 after a rigorous review process by SCOPUS. Scholars in Anglo-Indian Studies may feel confident to submit their work to IJAIS for publication knowing their academic institutions will recognize the status of IJAIS.
